Dr. Ian Campbell, Chairman of the Board

Dr Campbell holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales and has 35 years experience in software and electronic commerce. Dr Campbell was the co-founder of the privately owned CPS Group of Companies in 1970, and has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the CPS Group since 1990. The CPS Group is currently the major shareholder in Cooltrax.

Dr Campbell brings valuable experience to Cooltrax in the next stage of its growth.

Michael White, Group Managing Director

Michael is the founder of Cooltrax.  His two decades of experience in cold chain management as a principal of Pacific Seafood Management Consultancy Group involved undertaking consultancies throughout the Asia Pacific region.  This work led to the establishment of Cooltrax, which was founded on the vision to create and commercialize the world’s first real-time, end-to-end cold chain management solution.  His knowledge and experience has guided the development of a unique wireless infrastructure and a suite of web-based applications that now dominate the Australian and New Zealand markets and have been recently launched into the Americas.
 
Michael has been the Managing Director of Cooltrax since its inception.  He holds a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Science and a Masters Degree in Environmental Science.

Shawn Allaway, President, Americas

Shawn is a proven enterprise IT veteran with over two decades of experience driving revenue growth and streamlining operations. Shawn will continue to expand Cooltrax’s market share as a worldwide leader in cold chain monitoring. In addition, he will seek to expand Cooltrax products and services through organic product development combined with strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

Prior to his role as President, Shawn was Vice President of sales and operations for ConverterTechnology and oversaw double-digit revenue growth during his time in role. Before joining Cooltrax in 2011, Shawn held executive and senior management positions at NWN Corporation, Navisite, Navint Consulting and Surebridge.

Larry Nuttall, Executive Director, Americas

As Executive Director, Larry Nuttall oversees marketing and product management operations for Cooltrax.  Prior to joining, Larry was a co-founder of the technology software venture, Newforma, Inc, where he served on the executive management team as a vice president, from its original founding and early stage growth through two rounds of venture capital investment.

Previously, Larry served as Vice President, U.S. Sales, for Microsoft Business Solutions and in the roles of general manager and Vice President U.S. Sales for Great Plains Software Inc. At the latter, he led the Great Plains sales team through acquisition by Microsoft in 2001. His experience also includes serving as vice president of Sales, Service and Support for RealWorld Corporation, a privately held accounting software company acquired by Great Plains Software in 2000. He also managed and grew regional direct and channel sales at mapping software developer Environmental Research Systems Institute. Prior to that, he held a national channel sales and marketing management role for computer-aided design software leader, Autodesk, Inc.

Larry received his Bachelor of Science in business management from Franklin Pierce College, graduating magna cum laude, with departmental honors in business administration.

Peter Goulis, Sales Manager Asia Pacific

Peter has over 20 years of experience in the transport refrigeration industry. He has held senior positions with both Thermo King and Carrier Refrigeration with responsibilities across the sales and business development areas for both organisations.  He is recognised as a highly experienced member of the refrigerated transport industry.
 
Peter has been head of sales for Asia Pacific for the past three years, and during that time he has generated substantial growth in sales and fostered a highly responsive sales support team to underpin this growth. He holds numerous refrigeration engineering certifications and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Management.

Joe Bortignon, Operations Manager Asia Pacific

Joe has over ten years of experience in the IT industry. He has undertaken roles across a diverse range of areas with companies including Ultra Data and Credit Union Australia before joining Cooltrax in 2008. In his role as Operations Manager, Joe has delivered on the company’s goal of providing premium products and services to its customers. He is constantly improving and expanding the software and hardware feature sets and utilizing cutting edge technology to ensure that Cooltrax stays at the forefront of technology. Other responsibilities are technical support and service, business system implementation and management across the global business.

Andrew Wong Yen, Technical Support Manager Asia Pacific

Andrew has a strong technical background and extensive sales experience in his previous role as National Sales Manager for Digital Products at Yamaha Music Australia. As the Technical Support Manager for Cooltrax, he has been instrumental as a conduit between the cold chain industry and the Development Team ensuring that the company’s products meet industry needs. In his pre and post sales roles, Andrew provides technical support to the Sales Team and manages the implementation and roll-out of the Cooltrax solutions. Andrew has been with Cooltrax for ten years and in that time has worked closely with the company founder Michael White to realize the company’s vision.
