Dr. Campbell holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales and has 35 years experience in software and electronic commerce. Dr. Campbell was the co-founder of the privately owned CPS Group of Companies in 1970, and has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the CPS Group since 1990. The CPS Group is currently the major shareholder in Cooltrax.

Mr. Sharpe has overall responsibility for all aspects of the business within the geography. Mike brings years of strategic, product, and client success experience across the telematics industry. Prior to leading Cooltrax as the President, he was Vice President, where he lead and implemented strategic corporate initiatives that transformed operations and the client experience. Prior to joining Cooltrax, Mike held various senior positions at CarrierWeb.

Brad Bartlett leads the Cooltrax sales team in North America. Brad’s career spans over 30 years specializing in applying technology to the challenges faced in the transportation and distribution arena. Building teams to lead sales in each endeavor as both founder and sector lead, Brad has consistently and aggressively moved early adopters to market leaders. Much like his leadership through the 90’s with early adoption of GPS applications, Brad has dedicated the last decade of his career to solving for challenges food distributors face meeting their quality and regulatory mandates.

Brad has enjoyed tenures with industry pioneers and IoT leaders including Rockwell International, Symbol Technologies, Xata/XRS, and Digi International. The track record with every organization boasts sales leader and product innovator. His deep-rooted experience in IoT, relationships, and passion around customer success brings a unique and talented industry champion to our organization.
